Altora's Refund Policy

Please familiarize yourself with Altora's guidelines below:
Unboxing Video Requirement: To request a refund or replacement, you must provide an unboxing video upon receiving your parcel. Submit this video within 3 days to be eligible.

Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for changes of mind or personal preferences.

Faulty or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact our customer service within 3 days of receipt. Please include photos or videos as proof.

Incorrect/Incomplete Order: If your order is incorrect or incomplete, notify Altora within 3 days of receiving it. We will investigate and either replace the item or send any missing items.

Limited Warehouse Space and Returns: Due to limited warehouse capacity, we do not accept returns or provide return labels for shipped items. However, replacements or refunds are available as per our policy.

Courier-Related Issues: We do not offer refunds for delays caused by the courier. Replacement or refund requests must be made within 2 days of the courier marking the delivery as completed.

Cancellation After Payment: To cancel your order, contact our support team within 24 hours of payment.
Cancellations or refunds are not possible once the order has been fulfilled.

Refund Eligibility: We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Please note all refunds and cancelations are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
